Important Things To Know About QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 2014!

Since QuickBooks 2014 has been launched you may be wondering how these new features makes a difference and why QuickBooks Enterprise 2014 is the best choice. Let QB Doc explain each new feature and why it can make a difference in your business.

The first new feature is job costing. With job costing, get a better handle on the current financial state of your jobs or projects. There are many things that you are now capable of doing with job costing which include:

-Be able to track reps by job, not just by customer

-Filter reports by job status

-Run WIP Reports

-Run Committed Costs reports

 

The second new feature is assemblies. With assemblies the many things you are capable of doing include:

-Build all subassemblies automatically with a final build, instead of entering each one into QuickBooks individually

-Use the BOM cost as the cost for an assembly and choose to allow QuickBooks to update assembly costs and price when component costs change, instead of manually updating costs.

-Work with assemblies in Add/Edit Multiple List Entries, similar to manipulating a spreadsheet.
